Whether you are new to the facilitation and training space, or an experienced trainer looking to take your business to the next level, you’ll want to join us for this powerful and innovative nine-month mentoring program. We’ll use ground-breaking neuroscience and consciousness tools to create the breakthrough results you want, helping you gain insights and solve problems as you work with a motivated group of people similarly committed to building their businesses. If you’re creating a new business, we’ll help you with the birthing process, if you already have a successful facilitation and training business, we’ll support you in taking it to the next level.
Co-led by BEabove co-founders Ann Betz and Ursula Pottinga, this program features monthly group sessions with fellow explorers, twice monthly one-on-one buddy coaching sessions* with Ann or Ursula, readings and assignments (including access to our amazing Creating Brain-Based Coaching webinar), and a connection with a powerful peer community for support and inspiration.
*If you are working in a partnership, we’ll coach you and your partner together, if you are on your own, you’ll buddy up with another participant at a similar level of business development for insight and additional support. These sessions can be used for curriculum and marketing review and advice, exploring stuck places and limiting beliefs, creating and working towards a vision, implementing action plans, and more. Additional buddy or individual coaching/mentoring is also available, including help or advice on designing your curriculum.
Our approach
It’s not enough to just visualize and “manifest” what you want (though these can be helpful tools along the way.) It’s also not enough to tick things off your to do list – although we also celebrate the value of strategies and plans. What Ann and Ursula have seen over many years of creating their highly regarded business is that when the possibility and the practicality meet, you become an unstoppable force. We’ll focus on an integrated space – addressing both the being and the doing of a successful training business.

This program is for anyone who wants to create or amplify a successful facilitation or training business, including coaches who want to expand into this arena. It’s not for internal trainers in an organization or those who only want to develop a coaching business that does not include training or facilitation.

In this mentoring program, Ann and Ursula bring you the wisdom of their 20+ year partnership, their depth of knowledge of neuroscience and social science research (including sales and marketing), and the learning they’ve gleaned and refined from their experiences along the way.

We can’t create a resonant life or business by suffering along the way. How we do our business is what the business becomes. Find the fun way, stepping outside of “consensus reality” and the shoulds.
