All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. We’re very proud to recommend all our CNTCs as transformational coaches and experts in the neuroscience of human development. *in some rare cases, they may instead be trained as therapists — see individual information for more detail.

Adriana has led Executive Coaching processes for professionals working in multinational companies, family businesses, academia, government and independent professionals located in different Latin American countries and the United States. Additionally, she serves as an independent coach to Randstad RiseSmart participants as they progress through career transitions within their current organization or at their next opportunity, be it a new job, career change, or creative retirement.
Adriana facilitates learning experiences with horses at the corporate level and for families, using coaching techniques, tools based on neuroscience and the HorseDream® methodology, one of the most recognized worldwide.
Adriana is certified as a Coach by INCAE Business School and Success Unlimited Network® (SUN). Also, she is a Certified Neurotransformational Coach (CNTC). She holds the PCC credentials of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, she is a licensee of HorseDream® and is part of EAHAE (Association for Horse Assisted Education International). She is an Industrial Engineer from the International University of the Americas (Costa Rica).
Part of her professional time is invested in "pro bono" work for organizations and individuals.
